Stephanie Webster

Stephanie Webster has faithfully served Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church Christian School since 1999, bringing over two decades of experience, wisdom, and wholehearted dedication to early childhood education. As Director, she leads with both administrative insight and a nurturing spirit—committed to meeting the spiritual, academic, and developmental needs of every child under her care.

Her leadership is a living testament to the school's mission: To bridge the gap between faith and education in the community. Whether she's collaborating with staff, guiding families, or preparing meals for students, Stephanie embodies the belief that true education begins with love, dignity, and purpose.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Organizational Management from Morris College and a Master of Education from Lesley University (Summa Cum Laude). She also brings specialized training from the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership and holds a National Director's Certification through the Aim for Excellence program. She has served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer In Service To America (VISTA), a trainer with the National Safety Council, and consistently earns over 30 hours of professional development annually.

Her influence reaches beyond JMBC Christian School through her involvement in numerous professional and civic organizations, including:

  • Advisory Committee Member for Early Care Education, Central Carolina Technical College
  • South Carolina Early Childhood Association
  • Trinity Missionary Baptist Church
  • Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
  • Order of the Eastern Star
  • National Safety Council - Southeastern Chapter, Instructor Trainer
  • Who's Who & Dean's List Honoree
  • Mentor & Tutor at Camp Bob Cooper

A devoted wife to Charles N. Webster, proud mother of Jasmine, Brittney, and Neven, and loving grandmother of K'Shawn, Kirsty, Khyenne, and Jaylah—Stephanie's life is a reflection of service, faith, and generational impact. She is passionately committed to preparing young minds for a future grounded in Christian values and equipped to excel in a technologically driven world.
